Hanson Historical Society will be holding their annual Strawberry Festival on Friday, June 21st at School House #4 on Main Street from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The Family Safety Day will be held Saturday, June 22nd from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This is a free event and open to the public. For more information go to www.hanson-ma.gov
The Treasurer/Collector would like to remind any resident who currently has a Title V loan with the Town and has not yet signed a new agreement to lower their interest rate to 2% - should call the Treasurer/Collector’s office at 781-293-2422 to set up an appointment.~ The rate will not be changed unless the new agreement is signed.~ It will only take 10 minutes of your time to save money!
Absentee ballots are available at the Hanson Town Clerk's office for the Special State Election being held on Tuesday, June 25th. ~Any registered voter who is unable to vote in person on Election Day due to absence from town, physical disability or religious belief may obtain an absentee ballot. ~Voters may absentee vote in person at the Town Clerk's office or by mail. ~Applications for absentee ballots will be accepted at the Town Clerk's office until noontime Monday,
